The girls in Senior Infants had great fun locating all the signs of Spring in the environment around them. They worked together and ticked off all the signs as they went on their way, even seeing some extras too!
Well done to all the parents and children in Senior Infants who recently participated in the Paired Reading programme. We had a lovely prize giving ceremony where each child got a certificate and prize for their great efforts.
Sixth Class visited Senior Infants and First Class before Christmas, and read them stories that they had written especially for them. The younger children loved the stories and the Sixth Class enjoyed the experience!
Senior Infants have been learning all about shapes and their attributes. Today they went on a hunt for some shapes around the playground which have escaped! It was great fun and they learned lots about each.
